- Mentari Therapeutics
Participated · Equity · Jul 2026
Mentari’s lead programs are MT-001, an anti-PACAP monoclonal antibody slated for first-in-human regulatory filings in mid-2026, and MT-002, an anti-CGRP x PACAP bispecific antibody expected to enter regulatory filings in the first quarter of 2027. The programs were discovered by Paragon Therapeutics and have shown strong in vitro potency and favorable pharmacokinetic profiles in preclinical studies. The therapies are designed to target complementary migraine pathways and address patients who experience limited benefit from currently approved anti-CGRP treatments. Mentari announced a $290 million private placement that it says will fund operations through 2028 and entered an all-stock merger agreement with InMed Pharmaceuticals to gain public market infrastructure. Following the transaction the combined company is expected to trade on the Nasdaq Capital Market and have a pro forma equity value of approximately $421.4 million, with pre-merger InMed shareholders holding about 1.51% of the combined company. The company and merger parties expect to accelerate development timelines and pursue regulatory filings according to the stated milestones.

Draig was co-founded by Cardiff University and SV Health Investors and is backed by venture investors including Access Biotechnology, Canaan Partners, SR One, Sanofi Ventures and Schroders Capital. Following the oversubscribed $65 million Series B, the company plans to use proceeds to accelerate clinical development across its pipeline and advance additional candidates toward the clinic.
- Oblenio Bio
Participated · Series B · Jun 2026
Oblenio Bio is advancing LBL-051, a tri-specific T-cell engager that unites BCMA, CD19 and CD3 and is specifically engineered for autoimmune patients. Preclinical data presented at EULAR 2026 showed complete depletion of peripheral and tissue B cells and plasma cells with step-up dosing, emergence of immature non-memory B cells upon recovery, dose-dependent decreases in peripheral immunoglobulins, and no observed cytokine release syndrome in non-human primates. The company is moving rapidly toward clinical development and plans to initiate a first-in-human proof-of-concept study this year. Oblenio holds an exclusive option from Leads Biolabs for a global license to develop, manufacture, and commercialize LBL-051. Its leadership team includes CEO Samantha Truex, and the board will include representatives from Pfizer Ventures, Deep Track Capital, and Aditum Bio following the Series B. Oblenio is based in Cambridge, Mass., and has just completed a $62 million Series B to fund its clinical program.
- Triveni Bio
Participated · Series C · Jun 2026
Triveni Bio develops antibody-based therapeutics using a genetics-informed, precision medicine approach to address immunological and inflammatory disorders. Its lead program, TRIV-509, is a half-life extended monoclonal antibody targeting kallikreins 5 and 7 and is in an ongoing Phase 2 proof-of-concept trial with data expected at the end of 2026. TRIV-573 is a half-life extended, second-generation bispecific that combines KLK5/7 inhibition with a potent anti–IL-13 mechanism; first-in-human studies have been initiated and a Phase 2 trial in atopic dermatitis is planned later this year. cAMPfield Therapeutics is a newly formed biotechnology company backed by Mountainfield Venture Partners and other life-science investors to advance licensed development-stage therapeutic candidates. Its CEO, Bill Gerhart, has more than two decades of experience in pulmonary, fibrosis, and inflammatory diseases and a track record of leading biotech exits.
