Opinio is a hyperlocal delivery startup that launched in June and serves small businesses by making deliveries within a five- to seven-kilometer radius of retailers. The company does not stock its own inventory and enables customers to track orders through a mobile app. It currently operates in Bengaluru, Delhi, and Hyderabad and employs about 100 people. Opinio targets roughly 30- to 60-minute delivery times to provide instant gratification in large Indian cities. The company identifies Shadowfax as a closest competitor but positions itself on superior technology and operational excellence.
