- The Pant Project
Participated · Series A · Jun 2024
The Pant Project is a digitally native D2C fashion brand that specializes in custom-made and ready-to-wear pants for Indian body types. Founded in 2020 by Dhruv and Udit Toshniwal, it offers around 250 styles for men and women across formals, chinos, jeans, cargos, joggers, power-stretch knits, linens and wools. The brand moved into ready-to-made pants in 2023 and implemented an omnichannel strategy with sales via its own website, Amazon, Myntra and brick-and-mortar stores. Its own website generates 65% of total revenue, and the company says it has served over 1 lakh customers in the last four years. The Pant Project plans to expand its bottom-wear assortment into more casual and athleisure options and open new retail stores nationwide. The fresh capital will be used to grow the team, enhance technology, expand retail presence and boost brand awareness.
- Atomgrid
Participated · Seed · May 2024
Founded by Siddharth Gupta and Lakshit Bansal, Atomgrid offers an end-to-end specialty chemicals platform that combines distribution, in-house research, and proprietary product creation. The company already generates more than 50% of its revenue from exports and serves over 150 active customers across 15 countries. Management plans to channel fresh capital into expanding its international presence and accelerating product development. Over the past 18 months Atomgrid has completed two funding rounds and now targets nearly threefold revenue growth in FY26 compared with FY25. By integrating the chemicals value chain, the startup positions itself as a technology-enabled alternative to incumbents such as Scimplifi and Covvalent. Its export-heavy revenue mix and broad customer base provide a strong footing for continued scale.
- Bharatsure
Participated · Equity · Jan 2024
Bharatsure offers an IaaS platform for insurance distributors, banks, agents, and licensed brokers to distribute group insurance and healthcare products and support embedded insurance use cases. The platform provides end-to-end assistance including partner sourcing, product pricing, payments, operations, and claims handling, with a strong emphasis on group health insurance. Bharatsure says it has partnered with over 500 organizations and impacted more than 150,000 lives, and aims to secure the rights of 1 crore Indians within the next two years. The company will use the new funds for marketing, team growth, and product development. Bharatsure was co-founded by Anuj Parekh and Sanil Basutkar in May 2021 and is based in Mumbai. Bharatsure is a group-insurance insurtech that provides a technology-first platform for distribution of tailored group benefits. It offers white-labelled dashboards and integrations with insurers, TPAs, healthcare providers, and HRMS systems to centralise operations. The platform’s pricing engine lets partners generate instant quotes from a range of insurers to improve sales efficiency and accuracy. Bharatsure targets licensed brokers, agents, banks, and institutions as channel partners and supplies customizable, partner-branded technology. The company says it aims to democratise group insurance across India and increase insurance penetration for millions without coverage. In 2022 it raised $1.2 million in capital investments and has launched India’s first flexi top-up insurance in collaboration with ManipalCigna Health Insurance.
