D-Robotics was spun off from the AIoT division of Horizon Robotics in January 2024 and develops underlying computing platforms and general-purpose hardware and software infrastructure for consumer robots and embodied AI. Its current product lineup includes the RDK S600 robot computing development platform and embodied AI model systems HoloBrain and HoloMotion. The company promotes a “one brain, multiple forms” approach that it says enables the same model to be adapted across different types of robots, mirroring a "chip + toolchain + algorithm" strategy. D-Robotics reported shipments jumped 180% year-over-year and its customer base grew 200% last year. It has launched more than 100 robot products and built a developer community exceeding 100,000 users across the Asia-Pacific, Europe, and North America. Founded in 2023, Xiaoyu Zhizao develops a universal "one-brain, multiple-form" robotics platform aimed at industrial embodied intelligence, initially concentrating on intelligent welding. The founding team includes former senior engineers and product leaders from Xiaomi, Huawei, Microsoft, and ByteDance, with founder Qiao Zhongliang among Xiaomi's earliest employees. As of Q1 2026 the company has about 120 employees, roughly half working on model algorithms. Its products have reached mass-delivery stages and are deployed with multiple strategic clients. Xiaoyu Zhizao signed a strategic cooperation to deploy 1,000 welding robots over the next year and has outlined commercial scale targets of shipping 5,000–10,000 units annually to enter the first tier and 100,000 units to secure a leading position. The company has attracted investors across consumer electronics, automotive, shipping, and construction sectors following its recent B+ funding round.

DiDi Woya, also known as DiDi Autonomous Driving, is the self-driving arm of Chinese ride-hailing giant DiDi Global focused on building Level 4 autonomous robotaxis. The unit has created an AI-powered hardware platform with 33 sensors that delivers 360-degree perception and is being integrated into vehicles co-developed with GAC Aion. Operating independently since 2019—with its core team dating back to 2016—the company holds public road-testing licences in Beijing, Shanghai, Suzhou, Hefei, Guangzhou and California. DiDi Woya intends to deliver its first L4 vehicles by the end of this year and begin pilot services in Beijing and Guangzhou. To fund these plans, the business has raised well over 10 billion yuan (about $1.4 billion) across multiple rounds, including its latest Series D. Bloomberg has reported that the firm sought a valuation of roughly $5 billion in the latest raise, though the final figure was not disclosed. Positioned at the nexus of ride-hailing, electric vehicles and advanced autonomy, the company aims to commercialise large-scale robotaxi operations in China and abroad.

Didi Autonomous Driving is the self-driving arm of ride-hailing giant Didi that focuses on Level-4 autonomous vehicle technology and related AI systems. The company has spent nearly a decade building expertise in artificial intelligence, mass production, and large-scale operations for autonomous mobility. In 2025 it began full-scenario, fully unmanned road testing in Beijing and Guangzhou, with vehicles operating smoothly during rush hours, late nights, and heavy rain. A next-generation pre-installed autonomous vehicle, co-developed with GAC Aion, is scheduled for delivery by late 2025, after which Didi plans demonstration applications in both cities. The firm believes L4 autonomy will dramatically improve transportation safety, efficiency, and user experience while opening new employment opportunities. Fresh capital from its recent Series D round will be channelled into AI R&D and the accelerated rollout of L4 services. No revenue, user, or other operating metrics were disclosed in the announcement.

AutoAI is NavInfo's intelligent driving unit focused on technologies for intelligent passenger cars, including smart cockpits. The new funds are intended to enhance AutoAI's market competitiveness in the intelligent passenger car industry. Didi has seconded a team of about 300 smart-transportation staff to AutoAI who will focus mainly on intelligent cockpits. AutoAI reported revenue of CNY470 million last year and a net loss of CNY330 million. The company has completed ten fundraisers with participants including Robert Bosch Venture Capital, Tencent Holdings, and Nio Capital. An insider said AutoAI plans a possible independent public listing in the future depending on capital market conditions, and its new order business is doing well.
