- Graftcode
Participated · Equity · Apr 2026
Graftcode builds a runtime bridging platform that allows applications written in different programming languages to communicate directly without APIs, middleware, or client libraries. With a single command the platform can connect services and automatically generate required client modules, and it currently supports 14 programming languages. The product integrates with major cloud providers and targets use cases including web, mobile, IoT-to-cloud, cloud-to-cloud, microservices, and AI-driven interactions. Graftcode says its architecture improves performance and reduces cloud costs compared with conventional integration methods. The company was founded in Warsaw by Przemysław and Łukasz Ładyński, who have more than two decades of experience in enterprise integration technologies. Having launched a beta, Graftcode will use recent funding to continue product development and expand developer adoption; the company has raised €6.5M to date.
- Replenit
Participated · Seed · Apr 2026
Replenit builds a reasoning layer for commerce that interprets behavioral signals as indicators of intent and context to make real-time, individualized decisions for retailers. Its system integrates with existing infrastructure such as Databricks, Salesforce, Braze, Bloomreach, and Klaviyo to select and execute the most relevant actions at scale. The company reports customer impact examples including a 235% increase in post-purchase revenue for L’Occitane en Provence and attributing 6.3% of total revenue at iBOOD to Replenit-driven decisions. Every contract includes a 10× ROI guarantee and a contractual exit clause if results are not delivered. Founded by six Turkish entrepreneurs and headquartered in Warsaw with technical operations in the Netherlands, Replenit is working with more than 30 enterprise retailers within its first year and plans U.S. expansion following its recent $2.5 million pre-seed raise.
- Demoboost
Led · Equity · Feb 2026
Warsaw-based Demoboost offers a cloud platform that standardises and scales the creation of product demos for sales, presales, and revenue teams. Users can build guided tours or complex interactive demos, then personalise and share them so prospects can explore products independently or during live calls. The system captures granular behavioural data—such as which features are viewed, shared, or revisited—to surface real-time buyer intent and help teams prioritise deals. AI-powered tooling lets customers rapidly adapt and reuse demo environments, cutting manual preparation time and easing pressure on presales staff. By converting demos into a continuous source of revenue intelligence, the company aims to shorten sales cycles and lift conversion rates. With fresh capital, Demoboost plans to deepen its AI capabilities, enrich its analytics layer, and scale headcount across key functions to support international expansion. No revenue or user figures were disclosed in the article.
