YouCruit builds Lanefinder, a job search and matching platform tailored to truck drivers who previously relied on word-of-mouth and general job sites. Lanefinder makes company jobs searchable for drivers and offers a Pay Per Hire, performance-based model for employers rather than pay-up-front advertising. The company says over 5,000 trucking companies have joined the platform since last year, with hundreds of companies creating accounts and posting jobs every month. To satisfy current clients the platform needs to find over 220,000 drivers per year, amid an industry facing high turnover and a multi-year driver shortfall. YouCruit plans to use new capital to accelerate Lanefinder brand awareness, introduce drivers to more jobs at scale, and grow its team in Tulsa, OK. The company is based in Malmö, Sweden.
