- Lemma
Participated · Seed · Aug 2026
Lemma builds production monitoring infrastructure for autonomous AI agents by capturing structured traces of agent executions, including LLM calls, tool usage, inputs and outputs, retrieval steps, timing data, and errors. Its platform analyzes those traces to identify recurring semantic failures, prioritize issues, and surface alerts. The company aims to detect silent failures where agents appear to succeed technically but produce incorrect outcomes. Lemma was founded by Jerry Zhang and Cole Gawin and participated in Y Combinator’s Fall 2025 cohort. It recently raised $2.3 million in a pre-seed round to accelerate development of its monitoring and failure-detection tools. Initially, Lemma plans to focus on supporting startups that are already running AI agents in production.
- Crimson
Participated · Seed · May 2026
Crimson offers a case intelligence platform that draws on case files to analyze evidence, answer questions about cases and assist users with drafting documents. The platform includes case management features, tools to assess discrepancies in factual allegations, and integrations with iManage, NetDocuments, OneDrive, SharePoint and Outlook. The company plans to expand in the U.S., opening a New York office to support that growth. Crimson was founded in 2025 and is led by co-founders Mark Feldner (CEO) and David Strömbäck (CTO). The startup participated in Y Combinator’s spring 2025 cohort and is part of Fuse, A&O Shearman’s legal tech incubator. Financially, Crimson announced a $2.5 million seed round to fund product, engineering, customer-team growth and deeper integrations with law firm systems.
- Bolna
Participated · Seed · Jan 2026
Bolna has built a model-agnostic orchestration layer that connects and manages disparate voice AI technologies, adding India-specific capabilities such as Truecaller ID verification, noise cancellation for noisy environments, mixed-language handling, and English number pronunciation. Users can create voice agents simply by describing them, and 75% of revenue comes from self-serve SMB customers while the company also pursues large enterprise contracts through a growing team of forward-deployed engineers. Current clients range from Spinny and Snabbit to beverage companies and dating apps, and Bolna already serves two large enterprises with four more in pilot. Call volume has risen to more than 200,000 calls per day, and the company is nearing $700,000 in annual recurring revenue. Early pilots that once cost $100 are now priced at $500, reflecting stronger demand. Because the platform is model-agnostic, enterprises can swap models or localize by region without vendor lock-in, a flexibility investors view as a key differentiator. Bolna’s founders, Maitreya Wagh and Prateek Sachan, gained acceptance to Y Combinator’s Fall 2025 batch after demonstrating consistent monthly revenue of over $25,000.
- Rivalry
Led · Equity · Jun 2021
Rivalry is a Canadian esports and sports betting operator that recently expanded into online casino with its Casino.exe product. The platform lets customers wager on esports matches, traditional sports events, and now casino content, a move management believes will diversify revenue and lessen seasonality tied to esports. In its most recent Q1 results, the company reported rising revenue while trimming operating expenses by 58% following an extensive cost-cutting program. Rivalry’s share price, however, slid from C$1.76 in September 2023 to just over C$0.03 since May, increasing pressure on the balance sheet. To improve its financial position, the firm negotiated a conversion of C$12.5 million in debt into 250.5 million new shares. Management describes the current financing and debt restructuring as the beginning of “Rivalry’s next chapter,” and plans to direct new capital toward corporate development initiatives and working capital.
