  • Quality Means Business

    Led · Seed · Nov 2025

Quality Means Business (QMB) develops QualiVerse®, an AI-native enterprise platform that unifies design control, risk management, regulatory intelligence, and compliance scoring for medical-device innovators. The software translates standards such as ISO 13485, ISO 14971, IEC 62304, and EU MDR into a workflow-aware operating system, turning regulatory compliance from a bottleneck into a catalyst for innovation. Through AI copilots, predictive analytics, and compliance-aware automation, the platform aims to lower compliance risk, speed product launches, and deliver measurable ROI for quality and regulatory teams. QMB is led by Chairman & CEO Michel Moravia, a former MedTech regulator and SaaS product leader, and its governance includes representatives from The Boston Foundation and CEI Ventures. Early enterprise traction and pilot interest from leading device innovators have been reported. With fresh seed capital, the company plans to expand engineering staff, deepen data integrations, and run RegTech-as-Infrastructure™ pilots with manufacturers by late 2025. Financially, QMB has secured $2 million in seed funding and, at this stage, has not disclosed revenue or user figures.
