Nuevo Midstream, LLC is a newly formed Houston, Texas–based midstream company that develops and operates midstream infrastructure for natural gas producers. Its operations will focus on the Permian Basin, with specific emphasis on the Bone Springs and Wolfcamp formations and the Avalon Shale trend in southeast New Mexico and west Texas. Torch Energy Advisors will provide management services and contribute co-owned assets including the Ramsey gas gathering system — approximately 130 miles of natural gas gathering pipeline plus compressor and measurement stations, and processing, fractionation, storage and loading facilities in Reeves County, Texas. The company secured $65 million in equity commitments to support its formation. Management is led by Jay Lendrum, Torch Energy’s president and COO, with senior leadership including Randy Ziebarth, Chris Work (vice president and chief financial officer) and Dwight Serrett (vice president of engineering and construction).
