Tetra Pharm Technologies is a Copenhagen-based biopharmaceutical company developing therapeutics that target the endocannabinoid system to treat neuropathic pain and mental health disorders. The company is led by CEO Martin Rose. It recently completed a €9M Series A and intends to use the proceeds to increase research and development capacity and expand commercial operations internationally. In 2022 the company closed several significant distribution deals across its main European markets. Tetra Pharm expects to release its first product to treat neuropathic pain in February 2023.

The startup is expanding into the US and intends to build a bespoke platform for the American market. Co‑founders Alexej Pikovsky and Viktor Khliupko founded the company in 2019; Pikovsky has expressed optimism about US market growth and potential regulatory shifts.

Alphagreen Group operates Alphagreen.io, which the company describes as Europe’s largest consumer marketplace for certified cannabis (CBD) products. The marketplace stocks non-psychoactive CBD products from global brands such as Cibdol, Endoca, FourFiveCBD, Wunder Workshop and Mr Nice. Founded in 2019 by CEO Alexej Pikovsky, the company is based in London, UK. Alphagreen also runs Alphagreen Med, a 100% owned subsidiary in Dusseldorf that aims to distribute medical cannabis to pharmacies in Germany. In its first equity funding round the company secured £500k. Participants in the round included several tech angel investors alongside the cannabis-focused investment company ENEXIS AB.

The group is led by Stephen Murphy and the operating company leadership includes experienced media, technology and event management executives. In January 2020 Nobl closed a £1.25m Series A funding round. The company intends to use the funds to continue expanding operations and to broaden its business reach. Nobl positions itself as a global leader in cannabis industry information and events.
