Eloylab develops hyperspectral imaging–based deep learning AI solutions primarily used for foreign-object detection and quality control in food production lines. Its technology has been adopted by multiple food companies and is being further deployed with large food manufacturers. The company is also exploring adoption and partnerships in secondary batteries, pharmaceuticals, and recycling. Eloylab recently completed a Series A round (see deal notes) and its cumulative funding now stands at about ₩7.0 billion. SCI Evaluation Information assigned Eloylab a TI3 technology-credit rating, citing strong technical capability and future growth potential. The CEO stated the new funding will be used to optimize the hyperspectral AI solution and expand research capabilities to advance the company’s stated vision.

Lucentblock runs 소유 (SOU-YOU), a real-estate fractional investment platform that securitizes expensive commercial properties into tokenized securities for small investors. The company launched the 소유 service in April 2022 and issued Korea’s first security token (ST) “Anguk Downtowner” in June 2022. It was designated as a Financial Services Commission innovation finance service in May 2021 and was re-designated again this year. Since the platform’s launch 1.5 years ago, Lucentblock has reached cumulative invested capital of ₩340 billion. The company says it will list more investable buildings, expand user touchpoints, and activate trading to create new space experiences. Management emphasizes improving transparent, efficient and safe investment experiences as it scales.
