The company remained bootstrapped and profitable for more than 14 years before taking PE investment and recently underwent a significant ownership change when Everstone acquired roughly 80% in early 2025. Wingify reported FY25 revenue of Rs 401.56 crore, up 33.2% year-over-year, while net profit fell to Rs 23.83 crore from Rs 61.05 crore the prior year. It is merging with AB Tasty to create a larger global digital experience optimization platform; the combined entity will have over 800 employees across 11 offices with India accounting for just over half the headcount. Nearly 90% of the combined revenue is expected to come from the US and Europe, and company leadership has indicated plans to pursue additional inorganic growth opportunities.
