  • Vammo

    Led · Equity · Jun 2026

Founded in 2022 by former executives of Tesla and Rappi, Vammo operates a subscription-based electric motorcycle rental service targeting app delivery drivers and motoboys. Its plans offer monthly or annual subscriptions that include unlimited battery swaps and vehicle maintenance. Vammo currently reports more than 7,000 motorcycles in circulation and about 600 battery-swap points in São Paulo. The company’s vehicles are manufactured in the Zona Franca de Manaus. Vammo has raised multiple rounds since inception, including a 2022 Seed led by Construct Capital (US$8.5M), a late-2023 Series A led by Monashees (US$30M), an October 2025 round led by Ecosystem Integrity Fund (US$45M), and the recent R$75M investment led by EXT Capital. The latest funding is earmarked to expand fleet size and the battery station network in São Paulo, with an ambition to triple its local fleet.

  • Fretadão

    Led · Equity · Sep 2023

Fretadão operates a corporate mobility management business that connects companies with partner operators to provide bus, micro‑bus and van transportation. The company plans to expand regionally across Brazil, targeting medium and large cities and more corporate clients. It announced a R$50 million investment to build a dedicated fleet that partners can rent to scale operations quickly. Fretadão says it will not replace partner operators but rather support their expansion by supplying ready vehicles. The company reported roughly 25,000 daily users in the second half of 2023, up from about 20,000 at the end of 2022, and noted year‑over‑year revenue growth. Management is focused on growing revenue and margins, and expects vehicle rental operations to contribute about a 15% revenue uplift by year‑end.

  • Turbi

    Participated · Debt Financing · Jul 2023

Turbi is a technology company that pioneered fully digital car rental in Brazil, allowing customers to book vehicles from one hour to monthly subscriptions via its mobile app. Its fleet is strategically distributed across roughly 300 partner parking facilities that operate 24/7 in 12 cities of the Greater São Paulo region, enabling round-the-clock pickup and return without paperwork. Boosted by the latest financing, Turbi now manages about 7,000 cars, more than double its fleet size in September 2024. The company expects to close the year with approximately R$500 million in revenue and reported a 58% EBITDA margin in its rental (RAC) unit during the first half of the year, around 20 percentage points above traditional rental competitors with similar fleet size. Beyond rentals, Turbi sells de-fleeted cars through its Turbi Seminovos brand; this segment already accounts for roughly 30% of revenue. In 2024 the firm sold about 1,300 vehicles and aims to top 2,000 sales this year, shifting 70% of its sales to direct B2C channels. Management plans to leverage its newer, higher-spec vehicles and expanding retail footprint to lift average resale values toward 100% of the FIPE pricing benchmark. Overall, Turbi states it is doubling in size annually, posting record revenue and margin metrics that are driving operational profitability.
