estaie builds pricing, inventory and distribution systems specialized for stays of 30 to 365 nights, seeking to connect hotels, serviced apartments and holiday homes with extended-stay demand. Launched in April 2025 and based in Dubai, the platform has signed 400 hotels and 1,000 holiday homes and recorded more than 3,000 room nights booked with month-over-month growth of 17–18%. The company offers guaranteed discounts of at least 32% for extended stays and has developed its technology in-house, with three pending patents. Profiles are free to create and each entertainer receives dedicated talent management along with payment protection. A customer support team is available for inquiries to provide transparency and peace of mind in the booking process. The company operates via an app and web resources and has secured external funding to support its growth. It raised $350K in Bridge funding to expand its catalogue and further develop its technology for regional scaling.
