Mobility Work offers a collaborative, 4.0 CMMS designed around the user experience of everyday apps. The platform is deployed in nearly 350 plants, supporting maintenance operations across industrial sites. Led by CEO Morgane Guinot, the company emphasizes commercial and technical expansion and ongoing product development. Mobility Work was incubated within an industrial group specialized in metallurgy, which informed its industrial focus. The startup recently completed a €2M Series A to support growth. Planned uses for the funds include recruiting about fifteen senior profiles over the next two years and adding new features to the product. Mobility Work offers a maintenance management platform that bundles CMMS software for field technicians and maintenance managers with a social network and a vendor promotion/catalogue service. The application lets users create profiles to exchange best practices, expertise, contacts, spare parts and consumables, while suppliers can add products and services to an official catalogue. The community counts nearly 10,000 members across 84 countries spanning industries such as metallurgy, plastics, construction, railway, food & beverage, automotive, cosmetics and chemicals. The company is led by Morgane Guinot and is based in Paris, France. Mobility Work currently has 22 employees. It recently raised an additional €1.25M (~$1.44M) to accelerate international expansion and hire new talent.
