  • Audience Intelligence

    Participated · Seed · Aug 2026

Audience Intelligence provides independent audience intelligence data infrastructure and a platform adopted by agencies and partners. The company emphasizes an economic model in which the infrastructure is not funded by any single buyer. Its announcement reports annualized revenue growth of 4x over the last year. The platform is seeing expanding adoption by agencies and partners. The firm positioned its seed raise as validation of both its commercial traction and the market recognition of the need for independent audience data infrastructure. No details on founding year, location, or prior funding were provided in the announcement.

  • LightBox TV

    Led · Seed · Nov 2022

Founded in London at the start of 2021 by AdTech veterans Mark Giblin and Dean Cussell, LightBox TV builds an all-in-one platform to address fragmentation in the connected TV (CTV) market. The product provides a suite of tools that combine TV reach with digital-style targeting, measurement, and real-time activation, allowing programmatic, linear, investment, and social teams to collaborate on the same campaigns. The company says its platform streamlines planning, measurement, and reporting so marketers can scale CTV while clearly measuring ROI. LightBox TV has already been adopted by holding groups, independent agencies, and direct clients and has attracted interest from strategic acquirers. With the new funding, the team plans to continue building and expanding the platform to simplify CTV advertising complexity.

  • Lumen Research

    Led · Equity · Nov 2022

Lumen combines Avocet’s demand-side platform and Lumen Research’s eye-tracking technology to measure and model consumer attention to advertising. The company provides brands with an eye-tracking panel that records attention signals and creates predictive models to optimize media buying and bidding. Media buyers including Dentsu and Havas already access its services, and the team emphasizes incrementality as a buying metric to identify which conversions are caused by advertising. Management says the product can be used to optimize bidding through the Avocet DSP and address the impending decline of third-party cookies. Lumen is using a recent investment to pursue U.S. expansion and to scale its attention-measurement wares. Financially, the company secured a £3 million ($3.5 million) investment led by FirstPartyCapital to support these plans.

  • Good-Loop

    Participated · Series A · Feb 2022

Good-Loop runs a "view ads to donate" platform that channels a portion of advertising spend to charities when users view ads. Charities on the platform receive 50% of ad revenue, and the company says it has raised more than $5 million for charities including Save the Children, WaterAid, Feeding America and the WWF. Good-Loop reports an ad recall 4.5x higher than the industry standard and says programmatic demand has grown 180% in the past 12 months; a third of its revenue now comes from the U.S. The company has added products to measure and offset the carbon cost of digital ad campaigns. It is a B Corporation and counts clients such as Unilever, PepsiCo, Nestlé, Levi’s, adidas, NBC Universal and Nike. Good-Loop plans to use new funding to accelerate its product roadmap and open offices in New York and Chicago to serve the U.S. market. The Good-Loop runs an ethical advertising platform where viewers who watch ads for at least 15 seconds trigger a donation of 50% of that ad’s revenue to a charity they select. The company emphasizes higher engagement, reporting improved video-ad completion in A/B tests and stronger post-ad brand-lift survey results. It works with brands such as Coca-Cola, Amazon and Toms and media partners including The Economist, Shortlist and The Guardian. Founders Daniel Winterstein and Amy Williams lead the business and highlight a values-driven approach that still aims for profitability and scale. The Good-Loop is building a user portal (My.Good-Loop.com) and other user-empowerment tools to let people see and control how advertising uses their data. Financially, the company has secured a £1.2 million investment to support international expansion and reports having funded over £750,000 for charities through its platform.

  • Passendo

    Participated · Series A · Dec 2021

Passendo is a Copenhagen-based startup that provides ad server and supply-side platform services to help publishers capture email marketing ad revenues. Founded in 2016 by Andreas Jürgensen and Anders Rasmussen, the team built technology after finding traditional ad serving did not align with email. The platform gives publishers new incremental revenue opportunities and greater control over ad quality and content, plus measurement capabilities not offered by other AdTech firms. Clients include Roularta, Springer Nature, UK-based Reach and Belgium-based IPM Media; IDG reported a 454% revenue increase after employing Passendo, and German publisher Ebner saw an 80% increase in time spent managing newsletter campaigns. With the €2.3m pre-Series A, Passendo aims to triple headcount within two years to meet strong demand from the US and UK, and has raised roughly €2.8m to date.
