  TeachKloud is a cloud-based, browser-accessible platform that enables early-childhood educators to manage their business, comply with regulations (TUSLA, DES & Pobal), and communicate with parents. Founded in 2016 and based in Cork, Ireland, the company targets childcare providers where teachers spend over two hours per day on administrative tasks. The product aims to reduce paperwork so educators can focus on curriculum development and individualized learning. TeachKloud announced a €750K raise to accelerate growth and hire additional full-time engineering resources in Cork. The company plans to use the funds to expand into the UK and US markets. Backers include Frontline Ventures, the AIB Discovery Fund, Enterprise Ireland, Folens, and EdTech investor Sean Tai.

  Adaptemy builds teaching and learning experiences that leverage data technologies to improve engagement and the effectiveness of digital learning for students and teachers. Led by CEO Conor O'Sullivan and COO Conor Flynn, the company powers learning products in classrooms in five countries and has partnership agreements to bring personalized learning to ten countries across Europe and Latin America. Adaptemy works with publishers to integrate learning analytics and personalization pedagogies into products across all subject areas, age levels and formats. The company raised over €3m in funding from backers including Folens Publishers and Enterprise Ireland. Adaptemy intends to use the funds to continue to expand operations. The financing is intended to support scaling publisher integrations and international expansion.
