Trinity Robotics develops the Konyk ONE unmanned ground vehicle, a modular platform configured for logistics, evacuation and mining/demining tasks with optional weapon mounts, additional armour and specialised software. Konyk ONE carries up to 300 kg of cargo and can travel 45 km on a single charge under full load; it fits into a pickup truck and operates in various weather conditions using Starlink, LTE and autonomous GPS modules for communications and navigation. The company produces up to 70 systems per month and plans to scale to over 150 units monthly to meet growing orders. Konyk ONE is reported to be in use by more than 20 military units. Trinity plans to expand beyond UGVs into air and sea unmanned solutions to build an ecosystem of unmanned systems. The recent funding will support scaling production capacity and expanding R&D to accelerate new product development.

Founded in 2026, Molfar develops tactical radar systems intended for early detection, localisation, and tracking of small, low-flying UAVs in complex operational conditions. Its technology combines a proprietary multidimensional structural target representation with advanced signal processing algorithms and built-in filters to maintain performance across weather and complex electromagnetic environments. The architecture includes proprietary waveform and operating modes designed to reduce the radar's probability of detection and localisation by adversaries, and the systems are offered in modular 90 sector and full 360 configurations for standalone use or integration into broader air-defence architectures. The company holds several patent applications covering its core radar detection technologies and was founded by a team with experience in defence and aerospace sensing, including work on quantum gyroscopes and airborne lidar. Molfar works closely with the Ukrainian Armed Forces and a major Polish defence and dual-use equipment supplier to access operational feedback and accelerate testing, validation, and deployment. With the recent funding tranche, Molfar plans to scale its engineering team, open an office in Ukraine, conduct field trials in Ukraine and NATO countries, and progress toward production and larger-scale deployments.

Its flagship product, the SHADOX reconnaissance drone, is engineered for rapid deployment by infantry and special operations forces operating in contested or indoor environments. SHADOX features protected propellers, encrypted low-profile links that function under electronic-warfare conditions, and self-stabilising flight that eliminates the need for FPV piloting skills, enabling soldiers to learn operation in under 30 minutes. By shifting complexity from the user to the technology, the company aims to make advanced autonomous capabilities accessible to every frontline soldier. All critical electronics and software are developed in-house, giving the firm control over performance, security, and supply-chain resilience while laying the groundwork for future unmanned and robotic applications. The $400,000 investment announced in 2024 will fund engineering refinement, production readiness, and structured military deployment of SHADOX.

Aeromotors designs and manufactures a broad range of electric motors for drones, covering 7-inch to 32-inch FPV quadcopters as well as larger fixed-wing reconnaissance aircraft. Founded in 2023 in Ukraine, the company runs a fully integrated production line that includes CNC milling, assembly, balancing and final inspection, giving it end-to-end control over quality and supply chain. Its catalog includes both off-the-shelf units and custom motor solutions tailored to specific performance requirements. Aeromotors currently supplies customers in Ukraine and two NATO countries and is positioning itself for wider European expansion. Management plans to use incoming capital to scale factory output and set up additional production units inside the EU, reinforcing European defense autonomy.
