WAY builds a platform that fuses device procurement with outsourced IT services to simplify corporate device management. The product integrates with major HR tools, Microsoft Teams, and Slack to equip new employees in under 60 seconds and automate device assignment. WAY uses Slack to sync hardware inventory and employee data so device allocation is fully automated. The company offers many core features for free and monetizes via premium add-ons that increase automation and security. CEO and co-founder Jonas Baum says the funds will be used to further develop the WAY platform. The startup positions itself as a hybrid between device-on-demand models and managed IT services, with potential future interest in refurbishment noted in coverage.

bNear offers a SaaS virtual office solution designed to bring an 'in the office' vibe to remote and hybrid teams. The product fully integrates with Microsoft Teams and the Microsoft365 ecosystem to enable collaboration, hangouts, spontaneous interactions and informal exchanges. The app is reported to be fully operational within minutes, even for large enterprises. bNear was founded in March 2022 in Cologne by Sascha Theismann, Malte Hendricks, Martin Long and Fritz Fried. Shortly after launch the team convinced several major customers across real estate, telecommunications and retail. Financially, the company has raised just over €1 million in funding.
