  • Mind Network

    Participated · Series A · Sep 2024

Mind Network builds an FHE layer that enables encrypted computation and consensus for AI and PoS networks. Its flagship product, MindV, provides an FHE voting solution and a "shared private state" to compute directly on encrypted data. MindV introduces Total Governance Value (TGV) and vFHE to decouple staking assets from voting rights, allowing holders of staked assets to obtain vFHE and participate in FHE voting. The layer accepts restaking tokens from ETH, BTC, and AI bluechips and operates as an FHE validation network for Decentralized AI, DePIN, EigenLayer, Symbiotic, Babylon AVS, and other PoS networks. Mind Network announced a $10M Pre-A on September 26, 2024 to accelerate development of its FHE infrastructure and expand security for AI and PoS ecosystems. The company plans to integrate additional staking protocols and continue releasing supporting infrastructure, with initial TGV partners including Puffer, Etherfi, Mellow, Manta Network, Stakestone, Solv, Bouncebit, Swell, and Pencils.

  • Reperio Health

    Participated · Seed · Mar 2021

Reperio Health offers at-home and onsite comprehensive health screenings that deliver instant results via a mobile app paired with FDA-cleared, Bluetooth-connected medical devices. Its ReperioCare experience couples on-demand, AI-assisted analysis with a real-time virtual clinician consultation immediately after screening, enabling personalized insights without long lab delays. The company reports clients have seen screening participation rise by more than 200%, a 95% customer satisfaction rate, near-perfect renewal rates, and thousands of screenings across 40 launches during 18 months of commercialization. The less-than-30-minute tests return instant metrics for blood pressure, heart rate, BMI/relative fat mass, blood glucose, total/HDL/LDL cholesterol, and triglycerides. Reperio says its built-in AI assistant analyzes data, provides insights and follow-up recommendations, and reduces strain on providers. The company plans to expand its AI-assisted, real-time virtual care feature nationwide and grow partnerships with employers and health plans. Reperio Health offers a patent-pending at-home health assessment kit paired with a HIPAA-compliant mobile app that walks users through biometric screenings and delivers immediate, consumer-friendly results. The system uses FDA-approved sensors to perform a blood test measuring total cholesterol, HDL, LDL, triglycerides and glucose, and also captures blood pressure, resting heart rate, BMI and Relative Fat Mass. The app begins with a wellness screening to capture lifestyle patterns and guides users through testing with voiceovers, animations and videos. Reperio plans to accelerate growth and expand proactive health monitoring into the employer market, and to make its assessments available to health plans, retirement facilities, fitness and nutrition practitioners, and directly to individuals. The company completed an oversubscribed $6 million seed capital raise to support those expansion plans. Reperio is based in Portland, Ore., and is led by co-founder and CEO Travis Rush and co-founder/CTO Matt Wallington.

  • Dash Radio

    Participated · Seed · Oct 2018

Dash Radio, founded by Scott Keeney (DJ Skee), is a curated, personality-driven live-radio platform that emphasizes "lean back" programming over on-demand streaming. It programs more than 400 shows across 75 stations and recently reached 10 million monthly listeners. The lineup includes high-profile hosts such as Snoop Dogg, Lil Wayne and Ice Cube, and the platform highlights new artists and emerging DJs. Dash minimizes traditional insertion-based advertising while pursuing sponsorships and branded partnerships, including a Build-A-Bear kids' station, and operates studios in Los Angeles and a newly opened studio in the Empire State Building. The company has said it may introduce a paid premium plan with on-demand show archives in the future. Financially, Dash announced an $8.8M seed round to support growth as it scales its curated live-radio offering and talent pipeline. Dash Radio operates a technology platform of roughly 60 curated stations delivered via web and mobile apps, with programming chosen by human DJs rather than algorithms or playlists. Streams function like traditional terrestrial radio—one-to-many broadcasts where listeners hear what the DJ plays and cannot skip tracks. The service features live DJ breaks and on-demand playback of prior broadcasts; high-profile DJs include founder and CEO DJ Skee (Scott Keeney) and Snoop Dogg. Dash emerged from beta with more than one million users and is available on the Web, iOS, Android and Apple CarPlay, with planned Sonos and AT&T Drive integrations. The company is ad-free for now and is experimenting with future monetization ideas such as DJ sponsor mentions and in-app ticket sales. Financially, Dash has taken $2 million in seed funding to date and says it is "funded enough" to continue building while planning a Series A.
