  • Yulu

    Led · Series C · Aug 2026

Founded in 2017 and based in Bengaluru, Yulu began as a bike-sharing startup and pivoted toward serving the delivery economy during the COVID-19 pandemic. The company operates roughly 50,000 electric vehicles, logs about 1.6 million miles each week, and powers more than 750,000 deliveries per day. About 95% of Yulu’s revenue comes from renting electric bikes to gig workers on weekly subscriptions, with the remainder from station-based rentals in Bengaluru. Yulu currently operates in 12 Indian cities, running its own operations in Bengaluru, Mumbai, Delhi-NCR, and Hyderabad, and partners with franchisees in eight other markets while targeting roughly 20 cities within the next year. The startup is introducing a full-sized, higher-speed scooter called Yulu Express (about one-third of the planned 200,000-vehicle fleet) and is moving toward profitability before interest and taxes next year after achieving positive EBITDA in the last financial year. Yulu reported revenue growth of seven-fold between fiscal 2023 and fiscal 2026, though it did not disclose specific revenue figures.

  • Kimbal Technologies

    Led · Series B · Apr 2026

Kimbal’s core business centers on Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI), which the company says remains its largest vertical with over 10 million AMI endpoints deployed. In addition to AMI, Kimbal develops products for power quality, energy management, and battery storage. The company plans to use its latest funding to advance product development across those areas, expand manufacturing operations, and seed international expansion. Kimbal was founded in 2011. Leadership has stated the company will deepen engineering capabilities and scale faster following the Series B. Existing investor Niveshaay increased its stake in the round, and GEF Capital Partners joined as a new sustainability-focused backer.

  • Arya.ag

    Led · Series D · Jan 2026

Founded in 2013 in Noida by former ICICI Bank executives, Arya.ag operates a network of about 12,000 leased warehouses that collectively store roughly $3 billion worth of grain each year—around 3% of India’s output. Farmers use the platform to warehouse crops, obtain instant loans against stored grain, and connect with a broad pool of buyers, giving them flexibility to sell when prices are favourable. The company disburses more than ₹110 billion ($1.2 billion) in credit annually and maintains gross NPAs below 0.5% by lending only a portion of grain value and marking collateral to market. Storage contributes 50–55% of revenue, finance 25–30%, and commerce the balance. In FY 2025, Arya.ag generated net revenue of ₹4.5 billion (~$50 million) and profit after tax of ₹340 million, with first-half revenue this year rising 30% year-over-year to ₹3 billion. The platform now serves 850,000–900,000 farmers across 60% of India’s districts and employs more than 1,200 people. Fresh capital will fund additional AI, satellite, and blockchain tools, expand smart farm centres, and reinforce storage and credit infrastructure as the company targets an IPO within 18–20 months and explores software-led expansion in Southeast Asia and Africa.
