ChapsVision provides an AI-enriched software suite and a massive, heterogeneous data operating system (ArgonOS) to help businesses and public authorities extract actionable insights from large and varied datasets. The company recently acquired Sinequa to add enterprise search and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) capabilities and to integrate Sinequa’s generative-AI-augmented research technology into ArgonOS. ChapsVision serves data-intensive industries including manufacturing, life sciences, financial services, and aerospace and defense, and emphasizes large R&D investments and international acquisitions. The acquisition and new funding are intended to accelerate product enhancements, R&D and international expansion—particularly across Europe and North America. As of the article, ChapsVision was created in 2019, has nearly 1,000 employees and about 1,000 major clients, and is targeting turnover of more than €200 million in 2024.
