Its MarianaOS platform integrates CapitalProjectOS, PlantOS and MineOS into a single AI and machine learning stack intended to compress multi-year project execution timelines and reduce commissioning time. The company operates active projects including Copper One, which is ramping toward 50,000 metric tons of refined copper per year, and Lithium One, a GWh-scale facility targeting commercial lithium production from oil & gas produced water in the first half of 2027. Mariana has raised roughly $400 million of parent and project capital to date, including the $310 million Series B. The company plans to scale to 10 commercial-scale projects in 10 years, using data from each project to improve its software and lower costs for subsequent builds.

    Thea Energy builds pixel-inspired rectangular magnets and software to generate and fine-tune stellarator magnetic fields, using many smaller planar coils to shape plasma confinement. The company says its approach lets software control arrays of regular magnets to create complex stellarator fields, and it has built dozens of full-scale magnet iterations in its Jersey City lab. Thea originally spun out of the Princeton Plasma Physics Laboratory and has iterated its design to include a set of larger magnets alongside more than 300 smaller coils that fine-tune the plasma. With $130 million in total private funding after the new Series B, Thea is scaling magnet manufacturing and plans to begin construction of its Eos demonstration reactor next year. The company aims to complete Eos by 2030 and bring a commercial device, Helios, online in 2034.

    Stoke Space is developing Nova, a medium-class launch vehicle whose booster and upper stage are both designed for rapid reusability. Nova is engineered to deliver up to 3,000 kilograms to low Earth orbit while also allowing the upper stage to return payloads from orbit. The company is constructing launch infrastructure at Cape Canaveral Space Force Station’s Launch Complex 14 and expects the site to be finished by early 2026. Proceeds from recent financings are earmarked for ramping Nova production and accelerating additional elements of the firm’s product roadmap. Led by chief executive and co-founder Andy Lapsa, Stoke Space is working with urgency to bring Nova to market, though a first-launch date has not been announced. Including its latest capital infusion, the company has raised approximately $1.34 billion to date.
