FaceUp provides a unified ethics and compliance platform that combines anonymous encrypted reporting, structured case management, audit tracking, AI-powered hotline services, surveys and external compliance support. The company started in 2017 as a non-profit anti-bullying initiative and commercialized its offering in 2020; it was founded by Jan Slama, David Spunar and Pavel Ihm. FaceUp is used by more than 3,600 organizations across over 70 countries, including customers such as Mercedes-Benz, Zendesk, Heineken, Taco Bell, Sephora, KFC and Vercel, and has processed more than 44,000 reports globally. The company says its platform protects roughly 1.3 million people in 70 countries, about half of whom are students. Financially, the company has raised approximately $9 million to date, including the recent $5 million Series A aimed at increasing ARR and expanding the team and market reach.

  • Zerops

    Led · Seed · May 2026

Zerops provides a Platform-as-a-Service that removes the separation between development and production by running applications in a single project so code behaves identically at all scales. It runs applications in full Linux containers on its own bare-metal infrastructure and operates data centers across Europe and the United States. The platform includes more than 15 built-in services (databases, search, messaging, etc.) and claims cost efficiencies up to four times cheaper than legacy platforms. Zerops introduced the Zerops Control Panel (ZCP) to connect AI coding agents directly to real cloud infrastructure for building, deploying, and debugging in production-like conditions. The company raised a $2 million seed round led by Gi21 Capital and plans to use the funds to expand infrastructure in the U.S. and Asia, accelerate product development, and grow its team.

  • Ranketta

    Participated · Seed · Nov 2025

Ranketta provides a SaaS platform that measures how often and how prominently brands and products appear in AI-generated answers across tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, and Google’s AI Overview. The software surfaces product-level and brand-level insights, including sentiment, relative ranking, frequency of mentions, and the specific sources LLMs cite. An integrated AI Copilot analyzes this data to recommend content changes and citation targets that can boost a brand’s placement in AI search results. In its first two months on the market, the platform has onboarded more than 20 European brands, including Brainmarket and Boost.space. Founded in 2025 by 21-year-old Czech engineer and AI researcher Vojtěch Oravec, the company was inspired by his work at the Czech Institute of Informatics, Robotics and Cybernetics. Ranketta plans to deepen integrations with Shopify and other e-commerce platforms while scaling engineering, product, and sales teams. With €1 million in pre-seed capital now secured, the company is targeting rapid expansion across Europe and an entry into the U.S. market.

  • FleetFox

    Led · Equity · Nov 2025

Founded in 2017 in Tallinn by Martin Kristerson and Valjo Kütt, FleetFox provides a unified technology platform that lets corporate fleet owners manage car washing, fueling, relocation, maintenance and inspections in one place. The company runs on a pay-per-task model and equips customers with route optimization, live tracking and automated invoicing to cut operational costs and boost efficiency. Its marketplace currently serves 11 cities across six European countries, giving businesses access to a vetted network of service providers. FleetFox positions itself as a single point of contact for fleet services, replacing fragmented vendor relationships. With fresh capital, the firm intends to grow its team and broaden its European footprint. These expansion plans aim to solidify its presence as a leading fleet services platform on the continent.

  • Boost.space

    Participated · Seed · Oct 2025

Founded in 2017 in Prague, Boost.space tackles the growing problem of scattered corporate data and tool sprawl. Its cloud platform connects more than 2,500 external systems and funnels that data into an "Agentic Database," giving large language models such as ChatGPT and Gemini the structured context needed to execute tasks on behalf of employees. Delivered as a subscription-based no-code/low-code product, the service is already used by over 15,000 teams in 140+ countries, including Seznam.cz, ŠKODA AUTO, Siko and Slevomat. The company employs between 10 and 50 people. Fresh capital will fund U.S. expansion—Boost.space has already opened a San Francisco branch—and accelerate development of Version 5 of the platform. To date, the startup has raised roughly €7 million, with the latest seed extension bringing in €6.17 million.
