  • Inveniam Capital Partners

    Led · Series A · Sep 2021

Inveniam Capital Partners operates Inveniam.io, an operating system for real asset data that uses Big Data, AI and blockchain to verify data and enable pricing and transaction workflows for private, infrequently traded assets. The platform provides 'Verified by Inveniam' credentials, enables subject-matter experts to provide monthly marks, offers real-time pricing, accelerates diligence, and helps identify buyers for illiquid assets. Inveniam reports consistent growth of client installations and assets on the platform, with "low ten figures" of assets currently on the platform and projects assets on platform (AOP) to approach $200 billion by year-end 2023. In early 2021 Inveniam acquired the assets of Factom Inc., including a significant blockchain patent portfolio that combined with Inveniam's made it the eighth largest U.S.-based holder of blockchain patents and applications per UnifiedPatents.com. The company is pursuing partnerships and global rollouts—notably with Apex Group—to onboard significant client assets and to become a global standard for trust in private market data. Inveniam has offices in New York City and Northville, Michigan and was founded in 2017.

The system covers the full operational cycle from data fusion to traffic plan automation, enabling real-time situational awareness, predictive simulations and automated mitigation to pre-empt gridlocks. The company positions TMaaS to enable governments to optimize transportation policies, develop new revenue streams, and prepare for the connected-vehicle ecosystem. Mobility Insight is headquartered in Israel and established Mobility Insight USA with a Florida-based office in June 2021; its North American headquarters is in Florida. The company announced a $2.0M investment to fund U.S. expansion and operations.

  • Mercury Cash

    Led · Equity · Jul 2021

Mercury Cash offers a consolidated cash and cryptocurrency management platform that lets businesses access centralized and decentralized finance from a single account. Its product enables companies to switch between cryptocurrencies and dollars (and other currencies) in seconds and to conduct multi-country transactions quickly. The company targets corporate finance roles at large companies—CFOs, general managers, treasury managers, auditors, controllers—and aims to provide payment and treasury tools tailored to audit‑subject enterprises. Mercury Cash is pursuing banking licensure so it can provide dollar bank accounts in customers' names and reduce reliance on third‑party institutions for fiduciary services. The company is running a best‑efforts equity offering of up to $15,000,000 and has received a $5,000,000 investment from Global Blockchain Ventures to support its U.S. banking‑charter preparation. Management, including Global Operations CEO Victor Romero, says the capital will support expansion of banking services in the United States and the European Union.
