Vectorious has developed a miniature wireless sensory implant and an external home unit that provide daily, ‘push-button’ left atrial pressure readings to give early physiological indication of cardiac decompensation. The system is designed for minimally invasive delivery and aims to improve CHF patient quality of life and reduce hospital readmissions by enabling optimized, physician-managed closed-loop therapy. The device measures left atrial pressure directly and transmits easy-to-access data for outpatient monitoring. According to the company the implant is safe and intended for low‑risk delivery with reduced long‑term complications. Commercial availability is currently limited—the device is not available for sale in the United States or internationally. Financially, Vectorious has secured venture and grant funding including a $9.5M Series B and earlier grants from the Israel Innovation Authority and a $2.2M Horizon 2020 award. Vectorious Medical Technologies is a Tel Aviv, Israel-based medical device company developing an implantable cardiac monitoring system for patients with congestive heart failure. The system leverages miniature sensing and wireless communications to enable daily readings of left atrial pressure. Led by founder and CEO Oren Goldstein, the company aims to advance continuous hemodynamic monitoring for CHF management. Vectorious closed a $5M financing to fund further development and clinical initiation. The company plans to use the proceeds to initiate first-in-human trials in collaboration with senior cardiologists from the U.S. and Israel.
