GoCoach is a NYC-based B2B SaaS upskilling, workplace learning, and coaching platform that provides career coaching and learning at scale. The platform enables self-guided coach selection, requires no minimum enrollment number, and gives managers and employees clear views into their progress. It is led by CEO Kristy McCann Flynn. The company raised $3.5M in seed funding led by Panoramic Ventures with participation from several investors. GoCoach intends to use the funds to expand talent by hiring employees and coaches with diverse backgrounds and to accelerate innovation. The product targets employers seeking to educate, empower, and retain the people they hire through scalable coaching and learning offerings.

GSF (Global Super Angels Forum) is a startup accelerator and early-stage fund that invests in and mentors seed-stage startups. Founded in 2011, the GSF team includes founder Rajesh Sawhney, Operating Partner Rajat Harlalka and EIRs Nirmal Shah and Bhargavi Vijaykumar. GSF has funded 50 startups to date and runs multi-country programs with mentorship in Bangalore and immersion in Silicon Valley, with planned visits to China and Japan. In its sixth batch GSF invested USD $1M across four deep-tech seed-stage startups spanning manufacturing tech, vernacular audio content, AI-driven sales analytics, and legal/fintech deep learning. The four portfolio companies in this batch — Chizel, Khabri, Slintel and Vaultedge — are described as having paying customers. GSF highlights a strong track record with portfolio exits and follow-on financings, citing companies such as Little Eye Labs (acquired by Facebook), Pokkt, Silverpush, Docsapp, HackerEarth and others.
