The company says its product is used across finance, real estate, law, health care, and government for secure remote notarizations. Since founding in 2020, OneNotary has grown rapidly — its marketplace now exceeds 30,000 notaries and the company reports revenue doubled over the past year. The new capital will be used to accelerate marketing and sales, strengthen partnerships, and further develop the product suite to meet rising demand for online verification services. OneNotary also announced a partnership with DocuSign to integrate OneNotary into DocuSign’s notary solutions, with the integration planned to launch early this summer. OneNotary is a San Francisco-based provider of online notary infrastructure offering a no-code, white‑label integration to enable Remote Online Notarization (RON) inside SaaS products. The platform connects a fleet of over 10,000 vetted notaries across the United States and provides 24/7 on‑demand notarizations and apostille services. Its core product is a seamless integration toolkit that enables businesses to add RON into workflows within hours, keeping customers inside existing tools. OneNotary also provides AI-based tools to assist notaries with document preparation and to autonomously verify document errors. The company plans to scale the platform for use in all fifty states and will pursue aggressive marketing and education to increase adoption of remote online notarization globally. Financially, OneNotary raised $1.75 million in a seed round to fund expansion and product development.
