Founded in 2021 by Binal Patel, Krunal Patel and Hardik Sheth, Bacancy Systems develops IP-led products across hardware, firmware and cloud technologies for EV OEMs, charging infrastructure players and railway customers. Its portfolio includes DC charger controllers and related systems for electric-vehicle charging and train control and management systems, traction and auxiliary converter controls, and remote monitoring platforms for railways. The company is expanding into railway electronics while continuing to serve EV infrastructure customers. Bacancy plans to scale its manufacturing infrastructure and deepen its R&D capabilities as part of its growth strategy. Its recent Series A raised Rs 40 crore to fund manufacturing expansion, product development and international scaling. The company positions itself around turnkey embedded electronics and power-system solutions for transportation electrification and railway modernization.
