Led by founder and CEO Roland Chan, FindBob targets multi-generational succession and transition behavior among advisors. The company closed over USD $1.25M in seed funding and intends to use the proceeds to grow sales and marketing, expand into additional U.S. markets and execute its multi-generational product roadmap. FindBob is based in Toronto, Canada.

Drive Spotter provides a video analytics platform that helps fleet managers monitor and influence vehicle and driver performance. Launched in 2015 by Chris Augeri and Andrew Prystai, the company initially received funding from Jason Bogner and graduated from the Global Insurance Accelerator’s inaugural class. It operates teams in Des Moines, Iowa; Omaha, Nebraska; and Austin, Texas. The company closed a $750k round of funding and plans to use the proceeds to increase sales and development efforts. The platform is positioned to improve commercial fleet safety and operational performance through video analytics. In connection with the financing, Drive Spotter added two board members: Kurt Eaves of Grinnell Mutual and Marty Ellingsworth, former president of Verisk ISO.
