  Kitch provides a single tablet and platform that aggregates delivery apps, letting restaurants manage all delivery orders, track couriers and update menus across channels. Restaurants can create an online store through Kitch to sell dishes for delivery and takeaway while owning customer relationships. The company developed proprietary technology to support independent restaurants and handles payments, deliveries and customer support. CEO Rui Bento said the company is committed to developing tools that enable restaurants to retain independence and regain control of their digital businesses. Kitch plans to develop and scale operations from Lisbon, connecting the city to restaurants through meals made specifically for delivery. The recent financing will fund the initial scaling and operational development in the Lisbon market.
