  Harg, founded in 2017 in Cremona, develops, produces and commercializes dehydrated, texture‑modified food preparations for people with dysphagia under the Dysphameal brand. Its products were developed with the University of Genoa, are nutrient‑enriched and targeted at frail elderly patients across Italy and Europe. The company is organized as a Società Benefit and has created HARG Academy to inform and educate customers and key opinion leaders on dysphagia. Harg completed a €2.5 million capital increase in which €1 million was subscribed by the Fondo Rilancio Startup managed by CDP Venture Capital SGR and €1.5 million by Gruppo Brixia, a|impact, Etica Sgr and Mazza Srl, bringing approved share capital to €7.475 million. Management says the funding will support growth projects, strengthen its presence in Italy and pursue commercial and informational initiatives. The company aims to reach 10 million annual distributions by the end of 2023.
