Welt is a digital therapeutics company whose insomnia product 'SleepQ' received MFDS approval last April and began its first domestic prescriptions on the 12th. The company is beginning commercialization with partner Handok and expects temporary reimbursement listing this year. Welt plans to accelerate global expansion starting in Germany, has research agreements with major German medical schools, is preparing local clinical trials, and signed a partnership with the German digital health association. Management says the new funding will speed domestic commercialization, fund pipeline R&D, and support international growth. The company is described as one of the fastest‑growing firms in the domestic digital therapeutics sector and is preparing to select an IPO underwriter. Including this round, Welt has raised a cumulative ₩28.0 billion.
