  • Shubuo

    Led · Equity · Apr 2026

Shubuo operates a mobile outdoor ad platform that places digital screens on commercial taxis to reach urban audiences across Istanbul. Its platform integrates measurement technologies using GPS, Wi‑Fi, and Bluetooth to generate engagement and reach metrics and provides live data-driven content updates based on signals like weather, time, or market data. The company emphasizes programmatic buying logic applied to physical streets, targeting high-interaction routes and enabling advertisers to monitor conversions from street-level interactions. Shubuo plans to expand its fleet of vehicle-mounted screens and upgrade its analytics center to process incoming field data. Management aims to transform the business into a fully data-centric, scalable technology company and to introduce the software to international markets after achieving technical benchmarks. Financially, the company recently secured $1 million in equity financing from Turpe to support these initiatives.

  • Mukellef | a Workhy Company

    Participated · Equity · Apr 2022

Founded in 2019, Mükellef Teknoloji offers a comprehensive suite of digital accounting, tax and regulatory tools that span company formation, e-invoicing, e-ledger, pre-accounting software, tax management, virtual office services, trademark registration, online bank account opening and payment solutions. Its flagship Mükellef app focuses on company formation and management in Türkiye, while the Workhy brand helps founders incorporate and manage companies in the United States, United Kingdom and several European markets. The company also operates Robom, an AI-powered pre-accounting product that handles e-invoicing, e-signatures and financial reporting. In June 2024 the startup was valued at US$20 million during a prior funding event. Mükellef generates revenue by providing subscription-based access to its digital back-office and compliance services, facilitating easier financial operations for micro-enterprises and SMEs. With the latest capital infusion, management plans to scale its existing digital accounting offerings and build new tax-tech products tailored for the U.S. and U.K. markets. CEO and co-founder Kenan Açıkelli stated that the funds will accelerate product development and international expansion.
