세이프틱스 develops AI-driven safety verification and reinforcement technology for collaborative robots that validates safety without physical collision testing. The company analyzes robot structure and dynamics with AI to simulate collisions, predict risks with high accuracy, and recommend productivity-safety trade-offs. It says it was the first to commercialize this approach globally, and its technology is already used in domestic certification body assessments and safety inspections. Founded in 2020 by robotics researchers, 세이프틱스 secured early investment from Naver D2SF, Mashup Angels, and Big Basin Capital. The company recently raised a ₩2.0 billion Series A from JB Investment and Earnest Ventures. It plans to use the funding to further strengthen its safety technology and to rapidly expand its customer base in domestic and global markets, and is running joint projects with collaborative-robot manufacturers.
