Its portfolio includes assets such as AOL, Brightcove, Eventbrite, Evernote, Harvest, komoot, Remini, StreamYard, Vimeo and WeTransfer. As of March 2026, Bending Spoons served more than 500 million monthly active users and had over nine million monthly paying customers. The company said it has never sold a material business and aims to maximize long-term value per share through disciplined deployment of capital, primarily via acquisitions.

OVH, founded in 1999 and based in Roubaix, France, provides private, public and hybrid cloud services. It serves more than one million customers and reported revenues close to €400m in 2016/2017. The company operates approximately 270,000 servers across 20 datacenters in North America, Europe and Asia Pacific. OVH has been executing a global expansion plan, opening data centers in Australia, Singapore and Poland, with additional facilities under construction in Germany and the United Kingdom. In 2017 it launched a new company in the United States and plans two additional U.S. data centers. OVH intends to use the recent financing to strengthen its financing structure and support its global expansion strategy over the next five years. OVH offers Web, Dedicated and Cloud products and controls its supply chain from server manufacturing through in-house infrastructure maintenance to customer assistance. Founded in 1999 by Octave Klaba and led by CEO Laurent Allard, the company serves one million customers globally. OVH operates 250,000 servers across 17 data centres in France and Canada. For FY2016 the company reported turnover of €320m. The firm plans to use new funds to expand globally, broadening its customer base and services in new geographies. Management and the Klaba family will continue to lead the company and its operations.
