ICF Capital is a venture and growth capital management firm from ICF. ICF is a public financial institution founded in 1985 and owned by the Government of Catalonia. Our mission is to foster and improve access to funding for companies that operate in Catalonia in order to contribute to the growth of the region's economy while complementing the private financial sector. ICF provides funding to Catalan companies and entrepreneurs. They assist them in their development and growth, generating value for society at large. The institution offers companies a range of products and services in the area of corporate finance, focusing on loans and guarantees and venture capital investments. ICF operates via a parent company, two subsidiaries (IFEM and ICF Capital), and an investee (AVALIS). ICF, through IFEM, supports the creation and growth of innovative start-ups through the investment in venture capital funds for seed segments and co-investment with private investors through participative loans. ICF Capital, which manages closed-end UCITS and is authorized by Spain's National Securities Market Commission (CNMV), manages, nurtures, and advises public and/or private funds or venture capital firms that provide capital to Catalan companies. At present, ICF Capital directly manages 2 venture capital firms: ICF Capital Expansió II and ICF Venture Tech II.

Bigle Legal provides cloud-based software powered by artificial intelligence that automates legal operations including automated document creation, real-time review and validation, virtual team collaboration, remote contract negotiation, e-signature and cloud storage. Founded in 2017 by brothers Alejandro and Sergio Esteve de Miguel, the company is headquartered in Barcelona and also maintains an office in Lima and a recently opened delegation in London. Bigle Legal is described as a pioneer and leader in document automation in Spain and counts real-estate firms, corporations and large law firms among its customers. Prior to the raise the company reported having tripled its growth, and the new financing is intended to support international expansion. The round is set to fund growth plans and to double the headcount to about 30 employees. The company also added Laura Urquizu, CEO of Red Points, as an adviser to the board. Bigle Legal is a Barcelona-based startup founded by two brothers with training and experience in law and business management. The company provides a software platform that automates the creation, review, sending, signing and archiving of any type of contract or business document. It participated in the first edition of Cuatrecasas Acelera and took part in a fast-track program with Neinor Homes, later becoming a technology provider to Neinor through a bespoke project. On 20 August 2018 Bigle Legal closed a €400,000 financing round. The company said it will use the funds to consolidate nationally by expanding its commercial team and its software development resources. Bigle Legal operates in the software sector focused on legal services for entrepreneurs, SMEs and individuals.
