クラッソーネ runs a web-based demolition DX platform that connects property owners with more than 2,000 specialist demolition firms and supports the process from quoting to electronic contracting. Since its nationwide rollout in April 2020 the service has recorded over 140,000 transactions. The company offers tools such as a demolition cost simulator and a post-demolition land sale valuation feature, and it leads public–private empty-house initiatives including the nationwide consortium it helped establish. Management says the new funding will be used for marketing, sales and to extend DX into construction execution and industrial-waste disposal to raise quality and productivity. The platform’s focus on reducing costs and improving safety targets the growing demolition market driven by aging buildings and rising empty houses. The company is headquartered in Nagoya and emphasizes contributions to sustainable urban regeneration through its services.
