The incubator focuses on translating early-stage technological ideas into market-ready products by providing seed funding, structured mentorship, and business-model guidance. As an approved incubator under the Department of Science and Technology’s NIDHI-SSP programme, it channels government resources to bridge the gap between prototype development and commercial launch. IIMK LIVE emphasises scalable, socially impactful innovation, aligning with IIM Kozhikode’s broader mission of fostering responsible entrepreneurship in India. In its latest initiative, the incubator has extended close to ₹1 crore to three startups, demonstrating its ability to mobilise public innovation funds. The organisation regularly conducts formal agreements and disbursement ceremonies to ensure transparent deployment of capital and continuous engagement with portfolio companies.

WYSH is a two-sided celebrity engagement and wishing platform that enables fans to get personalised video messages from their favourite celebrities and to gift videos to others. Launched in December 2019 by Mahesh Gogineni, Varun MS, and Manan Maheshwari, the Hyderabad-based startup provides celebrities a way to engage directly with fans. The company says it currently has 50-plus celebrities signed up from North and South India and aims to onboard more than 1,000 celebrities by the end of the year. WYSH plans to expand its celebrity base across categories including TV, movies, sports, and music, and across different regions of India. The founders previously sold their on-demand beauty startup Zapluk to Quikr in 2016.
