NOLT is a French, Nice-based brand that makes eco-responsible sports equipment using circular production and recycled materials. Its product work includes projects like “Maillot Infini,” which transforms used sportswear into recycled polyester yarn. The company operates a digital offering called “Direct to Club” that it intends to strengthen with the new funding. In May 2024 NOLT became the technical kit supplier to the Ligue Nationale de Volley for three seasons, supplying garments made from recycled, recyclable and reusable materials. The €500,000 fundraise, supported by business angels and a Bpifrance seed investment loan, will be used to accelerate development in France and across Europe and to increase NOLT’s environmental impact. Founders Paul Guinard and Olivier Guigonis say they expect the new strategic partners to help the company scale ahead of Euro 2024 and the Paris Olympics.

Carton Vert operates a circular-economy service that collects and re-employs cardboard packaging, helping companies comply with France’s CSRD and Agec regulations. The company runs three logistics hubs in La Rochelle, Lille, and Lyon and, in 2023, broadened its offer to serve both SMEs and individual customers. About twenty employees manage the sourcing, refurbishment, and resale of boxes, with revenue projected to reach €1.7 million in 2025. Management is targeting approximately €22 million in sales by 2030 and expects to reach profitability in 2028. The strong demand for reusable packaging is driving expansion plans, including relocating and enlarging the Lyon hub and adding sales staff. Carton Vert ultimately aims to scale its hub network nationwide as regulations push for 10 % reusable packaging by 2027.
