  EnergyX Solutions is an AI-powered SaaS provider whose Retrofit AI and machine-learning tools identify customers with high energy savings potential and automate enrollment in utility energy-efficiency programs. The platform is white-label licensed by utilities and government organizations and includes an active dashboard for customer communication, tracking and program-performance insights. EnergyX says its tools have served 5 million homes across North America and have been validated by professional engineering teams at government organizations, educational institutions and large utilities. Its software optimizes on-site visits and minimizes truck-rolls by intelligently segmenting customer bases and streamlining incentive delivery. The company plans to accelerate expansion into the U.S. and broader North America markets. Financially, EnergyX raised an additional $1 million in non-dilutive capital led by BDC Capital, bringing total equity and non-dilutive financing to $5 million since its 2016 inception. EnergyX Solutions licenses its MIT-award-winning online energy audit and marketplace platform, MyEnergyXpert, as a white-label tool for utilities and government organizations to boost participation in energy efficiency programs. The platform tracks the enrollment process from referral to conversion and stores behavioral and building data that utilities use to target incentives and reduce cost to serve. EnergyX says MyEnergyXpert can help homes and businesses save up to 25% on energy bills and increase program conversion by up to 250% using AI and machine learning. To date more than 300,000 customers are using MyEnergyXpert to access energy-saving incentives and lower energy use. The technology has been validated by professional engineering teams at government organizations, educational institutions and large utilities, and has been licensed to organizations including Enbridge Gas Distribution, CLEAResult and Summerhill. EnergyX is a graduate of Ryerson DMZ, L-SPARK and Creative Destruction Lab and plans to expand into the United States with a goal of helping 3 million homes and businesses reduce energy costs. EnergyX Solutions offers MyEnergyXpert, an online energy audit and marketplace platform licensed to utilities and government organizations and delivered as a white-label solution. The platform tracks the entire program enrolment process from referral to conversion while storing behavioural and building data about users. Customers use MyEnergyXpert to increase participation in energy efficiency programs and to reduce the utilities' cost to serve. EnergyX is a recent graduate of the L-SPARK SaaS accelerator and Creative Destruction Lab (CDL‑Atlantic). The company has said the recent financing will help accelerate growth into new markets in North America and beyond. The round supports the company’s US expansion plans.
