  CapShift is a software-enabled impact investing platform providing end-to-end solutions—research, client support, impact reporting, and technology—for financial, charitable, and corporate institutions. Its Research Engine offers curated discovery across 1,100+ private and public impact funds, co-investment vehicles, and recoverable grants. The company serves over 35 leading institutions and has deployed capital into more than 100 impact funds and enterprises. To date CapShift has helped catalyze over $650 million into impact investments, a tenfold increase since its prior financing in 2021. CapShift plans to use new capital to expand offerings, build a new advisor platform, develop AI-enabled client tools, deepen client-facing capabilities, enhance research coverage, and broaden thematic thought leadership. CapShift operates an impact investing platform that empowers philanthropic and financial institutions and their clients to use capital for social and environmental change. The platform provides access to investments in over 1,000 impact investment funds and enterprises across public, private, and nonprofit segments. It serves private foundations, family offices, corporations, and wealth and philanthropic advisors. The company was co‑founded by Mark Cirilli and Adam Rein of MissionPoint Partners and is led by CEO Jacques Perold, former President of Fidelity Research & Management Co. Following a $5M Series A, CapShift intends to use the funds to expand its technology platform, impact investment research database, and advisory capabilities. The raise is intended to support scaling product and advisory services to its growing institutional client base.
