Highmark Innovations builds and distributes gamified, FDA-cleared Software as a Medical Device for virtual, in-person and hybrid neurological and mental health assessments and care. The company combines its SaMD with a growing network of clinical businesses and clinics to deliver diagnostics, care planning and rehabilitation. Highmark acquired BrainFx to add clinician-led virtual neurofunctional assessment tools and the Living Brain Bank™ of normative neurofunctional data. The acquisition increased Highmark’s footprint by more than 100 healthcare organizations and supports rapid expansion into the U.S. and global markets. Highmark’s strategy centers on acquisitive growth, implementing its technology within clinical settings, continued R&D, and use of predictive analytics and machine learning to enable precision medicine.
