  • ImmuneAGE Bio

    Participated · Seed · Jul 2024

ImmuneAGE Bio has built a drug-discovery platform that targets hematopoietic stem cells (HSCs) in the bone marrow to rejuvenate the entire immune system. The platform enables large-scale ex vivo combinatorial drug screening for geroprotective cocktails and reportedly achieves 1,000x expansion of HSCs, a >70x improvement over prior efforts. The company is advancing three programs: IA-101 (an oral small-molecule immune booster for respiratory infections and vaccine response in elderly patients), IA-201 (an ex vivo immune-rejuvenation cocktail for peripheral mobilized HSCs targeting chemotherapy recovery and bone marrow transplantation), and IA-301 (an HSC expansion platform for bone marrow transplantation and other immune cell types such as T cells). ImmuneAGE has raised $2M to date and is now raising a seed round to further advance these programs. The company operates from San Juan, Puerto Rico and Lausanne, Switzerland and collaborates with teams at the University of Oxford and University of Lausanne.
