In November 2021 Craft.io raised $8M in a Series A round. The firm intends to use the proceeds to expand go-to-market operations and to develop machine learning–driven decision tools for product management teams. Craft.io’s product aims to drive innovation across industries by improving decision-making on the digital product roadmap.

Genoox operates a community-driven genomic data platform that connects clinicians, genetic counsellors and healthcare organizations. The platform is used by over 1,500 genetic labs and health systems across the U.S., Europe, Australia, Asia and Latin America. The company facilitates sharing genetic insights to create a network effect among genetic professionals. Genoox says it will use the newly raised funds to expand its community of genetic professional users and enhance that network effect. The company is based in Palo Alto, California. Alongside the funding announcement, Genoox appointed Ohad Arazi as chairman of the board; Arazi is a technology executive and digital health innovator with prior roles at McKesson, Change Healthcare, TELUS Health and Zebra Medical Vision. Genoox is a data-science company that takes raw genome-sequencing data and presents actionable information to medical professionals. Its platform is designed to reduce the cost and overhead of genomic analysis and to filter out clinically irrelevant data for faster decision-making. Co-founder Amir Trabelsi says the company aims to make genomic data part of clinical routine and to update clinicians as new research emerges. Genoox is initially targeting rare-disease diagnosis and intends to expand into carrier screening and hereditary cancer testing. The company positions itself alongside other clinician-focused genomic players such as Sophia Genetics. Genoox recently raised $6M in a funding round led by Triventures.

TinyTap operates a code-free authoring platform and the world’s largest educational games library, with more than 250,000 activities created by over 100,000 creators and serving 9.2 million registered family members. The platform targets young learners (Pre-K to Grade 6) and distributes content to families across the US, Canada, Europe, and the Arab world; it is among the top 10 grossing kids apps worldwide. TinyTap shares subscription revenue with content creators based on user engagement and also allows creators to sell bundles directly to families. Since 2022 the company has been expanding a Web3 strategy, including auctions of Publisher NFTs that grant co-publishing rights and share proceeds with course creators. TinyTap reports that its Publisher NFT genesis auctions generated 243 ETH (≈US$352,000 at auction) and that average income to NFT buyers from co-publishing efforts amounted to ~8.2% (19.7% annualized) of the purchase price. An example buyer earned about $7,823 between November 2022 and March 2024 by co-publishing associated courses. TinyTap, founded in 2012 and based in Tel Aviv, Israel, is a platform that enables teachers to create educational games for students which families worldwide can play. The company offers a premium subscription granting access to a library of 150,000 games in 24 languages. Revenue from the platform is shared between TinyTap and the teacher-creators, providing teachers with an additional source of income. TinyTap has a partnership with Oxford University Press to develop a Learning Plan for English Language Learners. The company plans to use its latest funding to launch newly curated Learning Plans in Mandarin, Arabic, and Spanish and to promote the Oxford partnership. TinyTap is an iPad application that enables users and children to build playable books and games using their own photos, camera shots, music and narrated voice. The app includes pre-made game templates and a built-in drawing tool called TinyTap Artist for creating doodles that can be turned into games. The company plans to launch an iPhone app before December and to roll out three additional game engines by Q1 2013 (voice-sync to words, picture puzzles from photos, and tap-to-hear object games). Namogoo offers a client-side platform that detects and prevents unauthorized ad injections that divert e-commerce customers to competitors, a problem the company calls "customer journey hijacking." Its solution also uncovers privacy and compliance risks from third- and fourth-party ad vendors. Namogoo says retailers using its technology see conversion-rate increases of 2–5%, and that in the first half of 2019 those uplifts totaled more than $575 million in revenue for its customers. The platform is deployed by more than 150 global brands in over 38 countries, including Tumi, Asics, Argos, Dollar Shave Club, Tailored Brands and Upwork. Namogoo plans to use the new funding to expand its client-side offerings, beginning with a "customer privacy protection solution" that detects and mitigates privacy risks associated with third- and fourth-party vendors. The company was founded in 2014 and is based in Herzliya, Israel. Namogoo offers a client-side platform that identifies and eliminates Online Journey Hijacking, blocking unauthorized product ads and invasive content that disrupt customer journeys. Its flagship Customer Hijacking Prevention solution has been implemented at more than 50 global mega brands and the platform analyzes over 500 million web sessions each day. Namogoo recently introduced Digital Insights, which analyzes all third-party services running on publisher sites and provides visibility into their impact on site performance, privacy and business KPIs. The company says its proprietary machine-learning solutions help clients across eCommerce, marketplaces, travel, insurance, fintech and publishing improve conversion and revenue. In 2017 Namogoo established its U.S. headquarters, more than doubled its team and significantly grew its customer base. The company will use the new funding to drive adoption of Customer Hijacking Prevention and to accelerate growth of Digital Insights. Namogoo's total funding now stands at $29 million. Namogoo provides a cloud-based Journey-Hijack Prevention platform that identifies and blocks unauthorized product ads and deceptive links injected into ecommerce web sessions. The company uses proprietary analytics, machine learning and big-data processing to track and analyze billions of web sessions from the server to customers’ browsers rather than being installed on the server. Namogoo says its technology consistently recovers up to 90% of stolen revenues for retailers and that the world’s largest retailers rely on its platform. The company plans to use new funding to open its U.S. headquarters in Boston and accelerate U.S. market growth through product development and marketing. Namogoo operates offices in Boston, San Francisco and Israel and has expanded its advisory board with ecommerce veterans to support growth.

Financially, WakingApp secured $2.6M in new funding led by Globis Capital Partners, in addition to $9.5M raised during its five-year history; CEO Matan Libis said the funds will be invested in sales and marketing to expand market reach. WakingApp offers an AR/VR platform (ENTiTi) that enables users, including those with no programming experience, to create advanced interactive augmented and virtual reality content featuring live data feeds, high-quality 3D imaging and animation, and games.
