Leif operates a platform that designs, originates, and manages Income Share Agreement and other outcomes-based tuition finance programs for postsecondary education providers. The company positions itself as the infrastructure layer powering tuition finance solutions and says it is the only outcomes-based tuition finance program manager with a four-year track record. Leif has partnered with over 200 schools overall and close to 100 schools in the past year, and reports enabling partners to educate nearly 20,000 students. The firm has arranged financing solutions that have in many cases nearly doubled enrollment for partner schools and facilitated the close of over $300 million in growth capital for partners. Leif plans to use the new financing to expand its platform to meet increasing demand for outcomes-aligned tuition financing and expects to grow its team from 25 to approximately 50 employees over the next 12 months. The company states its mission is increasing access to quality and affordable education by unlocking program growth through aligned financing solutions.
