Multiple randomized controlled trials and real-world evidence show outcomes on par with face-to-face therapy and over 65% of users have shown significant decreases in depression and anxiety symptoms. Recent commercial and research activity includes joining Express Scripts’ digital health formulary, a research collaboration with Microsoft Research on AI, and a commercial partnership with Shoppers Drug Mart in Canada. The company plans to expand program offerings in North America, enhance its global portfolio, and conduct additional research and clinical trials; the Series B proceeds are earmarked for these initiatives. SilverCloud Health provides evidence-based online mental health and behavioral healthcare solutions. Founded in 2012 and based in Boston, MA, the company offers 22 evidence-based programs addressing depression, anxiety, stress and long-term chronic conditions including diabetes, COPD and cardiovascular disease.     Davra Networks develops Internet-of-Things and network-management solutions, drawing on the team behind Crannog Software. The company is headquartered in Dublin’s IFSC, was established in 2011, and maintains a presence in Silicon Valley and London. Davra has partnered with Cisco and closed several US deals as part of its go-to-market activity. The firm plans to extend its network to Germany, Dubai, South America and Australia and will use recent funding to bolster R&D. Employee headcount is set to rise to 26 (up from six a year earlier) with 20 new jobs planned by the end of 2016. Filed accounts for 2014 show a loss of €741,000 and accumulated losses of over €1.7m. Davra Networks develops an Internet of Everything Management Platform designed for Cisco network infrastructure with a particular focus on cellular (3G/4G/LTE) connected environments. The platform is built to scale to tens of millions of devices. The company cites a large market opportunity as only 1% of the world’s devices are currently connected and projects the Internet of Everything could create a $14 trillion market opportunity. Davra operates from Dublin, Ireland and Mountain View, California. Management says the funding will support expansion of global operations, further development of the platform, and immediate team growth. Cisco is a strategic partner and the company has added Cisco SVP Barry O’Sullivan to its board to help define strategy and support global growth.

Fenergo is a Dublin-based provider of Client Lifecycle Management software solutions for investment banks, capital markets firms and private banks. Led by CEO Marc Murphy, it offers an enterprise platform to manage end-to-end regulatory onboarding, client and counterparty data, and regulatory compliance. The company serves a worldwide base of financial customers including Scotiabank, Bank of Montreal, State Street, SunTrust, Barclays and Royal Bank of Canada. Fenergo has expanded globally with offices in London, New York, Boston, Sydney and Wroclaw. The company received a $75 million investment from Insight Venture Partners. It plans to use the funds to expand R&D, grow its global presence and develop a partner ecosystem, including establishing Fenergo University and a Consulting Accreditation Program. Fenergo is a Dublin-based software company that provides enterprise platform solutions to help financial institutions manage regulatory client onboarding and data requirements. Its platform supports the end-to-end regulatory onboarding process, including onboarding, management of client and counterparty data, and compliance with existing and emerging regulations. The company is led by co-founder and CEO Marc Murphy. Existing clients include RBS, Lloyds Banking Group, Investec and Rabobank. Fenergo intends to use the funds to expand its global presence across North America, Europe and Asia Pacific and to accelerate development of its enterprise platform.
