- Falaê
Led · Equity · Apr 2026
Founded in December 2021 by Bernardo Netto, Falaê provides a platform that captures real-time customer feedback and converts it into structured indicators such as recurrence, average ticket, and satisfaction to support restaurant decision-making. After four years operating bootstrapped, the company reached about 2,000 active restaurants and has collected more than 3 million feedbacks, with presence in all Brazilian states and stronger activity in the Southeast and Northeast. Falaê positions itself as a data layer over the customer journey, aiming to go beyond traditional review tools by structuring feedback for operational use. The company plans to enhance the product using its existing dataset to deliver more actionable recommendations and to incorporate artificial intelligence for real-time action plans and market understanding. To support growth, Falaê intends to strengthen partnership channels, grow the team, and increase its physical presence at sector events, with a goal of reaching 5,000 active restaurants and collecting over 2 million additional feedbacks by the end of 2027.
- Mercado Parts
Led · Equity · Feb 2026
Founded in 2021, Mercado Parts has built a technology platform that centralizes the end-to-end purchase and sale of auto parts, tires, oils, and maintenance supplies across Brazil’s fragmented aftermarket sector. Its solution blends a B2B marketplace, e-procurement workflow, data intelligence, and integrated logistics, aiming to reduce operational inefficiencies while giving industry players greater visibility into demand and supply. The company currently aggregates a seller network that collectively generates more than R$9 billion in annual revenue and services contracts linked to over 700,000 vehicles. After initially operating fulfillment hubs inside large fleet yards, Mercado Parts pivoted to a more asset-light, highly scalable transactional model called “Spot,” which acts as a data-orchestrated supply hub for any SKU. The fulfillment arm remains active for strategic enterprise accounts, but the core growth focus is now on Spot. Over the next three years the team plans to 10× Spot’s transaction volume, deepen its data integrations, and expand into diesel and heavy-vehicle segments. The recent R$2 million capital injection will fund these expansion and product initiatives.
- Realize
Led · Equity · Jul 2024
Realize offers a suite of tools to help institutions create online course content at scale, including production-process management, content storage, didactic material layout (diagramação) and integration with any LMS/AVA. The company serves large customers such as Grupo Ânima, Cogna and Vitru Educação, and says it now covers the entire content-production value chain rather than just a piece of it. Founded in 2020 by Isabella Stulp and Gustavo Quirino, Realize achieved breakeven prior to this raise. With the new capital, the startup plans to expand marketing and sales teams and further improve the product. Financially, Realize completed its first funding round of approximately R$1.4 million and projects to triple its annual recurring revenue (ARR) in the next 18 months, targeting 80% growth by year-end.
