    Clean Energy Connect supports RE100 participants and other decarbonisation-focused companies with end-to-end green electricity solutions, covering planning, installation, verification and ongoing optimisation. Its core offering is the development and operation of Non-FIT off-site solar power plants that supply renewable electricity and environmental value through long-term corporate PPAs. The firm has already signed bespoke PPA contracts with Amazon, Dai-ichi Life, the NTT Group, Nomura Real Estate, Sugi Holdings, Fujifilm, Google, Mitsubishi Estate, Chiba University and others. Future initiatives include combining solar with battery storage, wind power and BEMS to raise 24/7 renewable energy utilisation rates. Headquartered in Otemachi, Tokyo, the company positions itself as a one-stop provider of cutting-edge decarbonisation solutions. As of the latest financing, Clean Energy Connect’s cumulative capital raised totals ¥611 billion.

Corporate investors in the round included firms such as DAIKIN and RICOH alongside other domestic and international backers.
