FoodFlow operates a marketplace offering ultra-fast next-day delivery to CHR (cafés, hotels, restaurants) professionals, with orders placed by midnight for delivery from 6am. Launched in January 2023, the platform lists more than 5,000 references. In under a year the startup has passed 500 CHR clients and processes €1 million of monthly orders while operating only in Paris. Its technology aims to cut intermediaries and help restaurateurs manage orders more efficiently, combining the breadth of generalist distributors with the service quality of specialist wholesalers. FoodFlow plans to expand across the Île-de-France region, onboard more producers, increase assortment and become a one-stop shop for restaurateurs, targeting 1,500 clients by end of 2024. The company also emphasizes transparency and traceability to help new French producers get listed and to reduce environmental impact by consolidating deliveries and limiting food waste.
